About me
I help businesses grow, build excellent teams and relish innovation. My key skills are strategy, leadership, evangelism and negotiation. My mission in life is to create and encourage methods of excellent communication, and help others realise their potential. Senior Consultant – OgilvyOne Worldwide 06/08 – 12/09 (www.ogilvy.com/o_one) - The strongest, most experienced one-to-one marketing network in the world. I had Global responsibility for Ogilvy relationships with telecom clients and creating the Global Mobile Strategy whilst consulting Ogilvy at CEO and Chairman level on strategy and assessing and creating commercial viability of innovation projects. I implemented change, new media innovation and digital strategy for many of the world’s largest brands such as BP, BA, BT, IBM, Motorola, Unilever, GSK, Amex amongst many others. Ogilvy are clients of several JME.net Companies.
Sales Director – Blyk 02/07 – 05/08 (www.blyk.com) – The pan-European MVNO offered free texts and calls for 16 – 24 yr olds, funded by advertising – now licensed to Mobile Networks. I created the trade strategy and positioning of the UK business, structured, employed and trained the sales, operations, creative and insight teams, over-delivered on launch targets bringing in 47 advertisers. I created an international Patent for mobile pricing mechanisms with Don Peppers and won the Mobile Marketing Award for Innovation in March 2008
Commercial Director – Ministry of Sound 10/05 – 05/06 (www.ministryofsound.com) – The world’s largest dance music and lifestyle brand. I managed and developed multi-national commercial operations, re-structured the entire digital offering from ecommerce through to Global syndication. I negotiated international licensing deals in Singapore, China, Russia and USA
CEO and Co-Founder – Musicians Channel 09/03 – 09/04 – I created, funded and resourced the Sky TV channel that taught people music on television
Director and Committee Chairman – Music Industries Association 02/03 – 02/05

Owner – MacDonald’s Music 04/99 – 02/05 – The music shop was my first business. During this time I was voted best UK salesperson by Music Industry and wrote a published book on best practice. I created one of the first online music stores with 100k users/month in the social network

Hobbies & Interests
I am passionate about playing, writing and listening to music. I enjoy going to the gym most mornings along with running (London Marathon 2007), Kickboxing (Black Belt in 2005) and Swimming (National Championships in 1986)
