Good, responsible citizen journalism is about straight-facts w/o opine, journaling the chronology of an event. In the case of the TFL, Mr. MacDonald, was a "good citizen journalist". Great citizen journalism brings about change, and Mr. MacDonald, was able to bring about change. Brill.
