From looking online, I imagine this is Philips Collection Services.

Further to your recent email, I can see that your number has previously been removed
from our records.

    Yeah i suggest you take this off as you have clearly told philips that you have this on here and they will have probably looked at it. Lets hope that nobody watches it and decides to tell the guy that you told the whole world his private business.

    you do realise you are breaking data protection by disclosing this information on your website ie the persons name and outstanding balance and ref number. Also it is option 7 to speak to an advisor, if you had listened to all the options at the start of the call, u would have been aware of this. I have just called them and found this information and was 3rd in the queue.
